Introduction

 

 

 

 We are developing intelligent robots and intelligent robotic appliances that interact with people via agile mobility plus context awareness of situated environment.

 We are also searching for the way how to enhance its intellectual power and interaction capability which makes robot more intelligent as an artificial living creature in our real world.


 SI(System Integration) technology for intelligent robotic systems :

enlightened Integrated architecture design for intelligent robots
enlightened HII(H/W and Interface Integrated) design
enlightened Smart sensor module and driver design

 

Component technology for Intelligent Robots :

enlightened   microprocessor and hardware design
enlightened   motor control
enlightened   S/W integration and simulator for intelligent robots
enlightened   embedded system H/W, S/W, and interfacing
enlightened   adaptive motion & learning algorithms for robot intelligence

 

Multiple micro-robot system H/W & S/W design and integration/operation :

 Our robot soccer teams(KINGGO, ICRO) won several FIRA world robot soccer championships (FIRA WorldCup).

 

 

  ICon lab was established in 1995 by Prof. T.-Y. Kuc for intelligent robotics research which was precedent by Instrumentation and Control lab of Prof. T. Lee activated through 1986-1994.
